BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer, Major Incident Response & ITIL Platform Lead in Marlborough, MA. This hybrid role combines hands-on engineering with program leadership to evolve the MIR, PIR, and Problem Management practices across stores, DCs, and digital environments.
The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, ITIL mastery, and the ability to lead offshore teams while communicating with executives during high-severity incidents.
