Atlassian is seeking a senior technical leader to shape the overall systems and technical direction across quarters while staying close to architecture and production systems. The role spans areas such as model post-training, personalization/recommendation, and proactive agentic experiences.
You will tackle ambiguous problems end to end, defining approaches, aligning partners, and delivering production-ready solutions.
