Job description
Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an experienced Module Integration Engineer for NS/PC 2nm GAA technology. The role focuses on module health and FEOL integration, driving yield, reliability, and performance improvements while mitigating production risk and collaborating with FE, MFG, QR teams.
Responsibilities include owning module integration, defect and yield issues, CD targeting, root-cause investigations, and transferring advanced tech nodes from HQ.
