Job description
General Dynamics - IT seeks a Monitoring & Event Management Lead to direct 24x7 operations for federal clients from Arlington, VA. You will lead the EWCC team, oversee SIEM activity, event validation, incident escalation, and restoration across a hybrid IT environment.
You will ensure MEM tooling integration with CMDB/ITSM, manage contractor performance, drive improvements, and uphold SLAs. Requires ITIL 4 Foundation, 5+ years in monitoring, and US citizenship.
