Job description
PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.
This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.
You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, lead the branch's culture and P&L, and continue originating from Brownsville, TX.
