Job description
Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning Facilitator, Mortgage, to own live training delivery across mortgage fulfillment functions, primarily virtual with occasional in-person sessions.
You will design and deliver complex, multi-session programs for onboarding and ongoing education, apply adult learning principles, and evaluate effectiveness to drive improvement.
This role requires mastery-level facilitation and the ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional environment.
