Job description
Drive System Design is seeking a senior engineer to lead complex motor design programs across multiple sectors. You will manage teams, timelines and quality, driving technical and commercial success from concept through testing.
We value deep expertise in motor/generator systems, electromagnetic physics, and advanced CAE tools, along with strong leadership and business development capabilities. This role is based in Michigan with broad industrial exposure.
