Job description
Wise Auto Group in Northern California is seeking a mid-level or senior Sales Leader to drive the motorcycle sales team, coach associates, monitor performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Under the General Manager, you will manage activities, review CRM and reports, mentor staff, and help optimize inventory, merchandising, and the sales process to hit monthly and annual targets.
