Job description
RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer – Manufacturing Readiness Lead (MRL) to drive MRL progression and readiness across critical hardware. You will lead a diverse engineering team and partner with Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Supplier Development to mitigate risks and ensure production readiness.
You will oversee qualification, certification, FAI, and NPI ramp-up, translating manufacturing challenges into measurable business results while guiding process improvements and cost
