AbbVie is seeking an MSL Director to lead a 6-person team in Plastics & Regenerative Medicine, while maintaining direct field engagement with KOLs and HCPs in a designated US territory. The role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on scientific outreach to advance medical objectives.
The incumbent will coach, recruit, and develop the team, ensuring robust scientific interactions and compliant execution across Brand and Medical teams, with travel up to 50–60%.
