We are seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer to support the Ohio Department of Health by designing, developing, securing, governing, and modernizing enterprise integrations on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and govern API-led integrations using Experience, Process, and System APIs, DataWeave 2.0, reusable patterns, standards, policies, lifecycle controls, and security controls such as OAuth 2.0 and TLS/mTLS.
Create and maintain architecture artifacts, diagrams, runbooks, specifications, data-mapping guidance, integration policies, and position papers.
Assess and redesign Electronic Lab Data ingress to improve reuse, throughput, latency, performance, and reliability.
Upgrade APIs for JVM 17 and FIPS 140-3 compliance, and plan and execute migration to CloudHub 2.0 with minimal disruption and validated results.
Monitor performance through Anypoint Monitoring, Visualizer, and API Analytics; resolve bottlenecks and manage enterprise migration plans and integration roadmaps.
Write and maintain MUnit tests for correctness, resilience, and regression coverage.
Work with architects, analysts, developers, business teams, and State IT staff; translate requirements, manage multiple initiatives, mentor staff, share knowledge, and improve platform governance.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of MuleSoft integration development and enterprise architecture experience.
At least 3 years each with Anypoint Platform development, API-led connectivity, CloudHub or CloudHub 2.0 operations, and DataWeave 2.0.
At least 2 years working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Four-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
