Job description
Precision Metal Holdings seeks a hands-on Controller to lead financial operations across three facilities (Hartford, WI; Richfield, WI; Pine Level, NC) and two operating companies. This role partners with the CEO and Board, owning budgeting, forecasting, cash, and internal controls.
The Controller will integrate cost accounting and manufacturing finance with consolidated reporting, drive profitability, and oversee payroll, benefits, and insurance across all sites.
