Job description
Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery is seeking a General Manager II (GMII) to oversee a complex restaurant operation or cluster of locations with annual sales over $7M. The GMII ensures the unit is clean, staffed, and open for business, driving high operational and financial standards and taking full P&L responsibility.
The role involves leading Assistant Managers and staff, shaping shift coverage, coaching teams, and ensuring onboarding, training, and compliance with company policies.
