Job description
Leoforce seeks a Senior General Superintendent for multifamily construction in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead field teams from sitework through turnover, coordinating subs, vendors, and inspectors while upholding safety and quality standards.
Ideal candidates have ground-up commercial and multifamily experience, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed. A valid driver’s license is required.
