Job description
The Town of Mount Pleasant seeks a Municipal Court Solicitor to prosecute cases in the Town’s Municipal Court and to act as a legal resource for the Police Department on criminal law matters. The role involves independent judgment in evaluating, preparing, negotiating, and prosecuting cases, and representing the Town in appeals arising from Municipal Court proceedings.
