Job description
The Town of Mount Pleasant seeks a Municipal Court Solicitor to prosecute cases within the Municipal Court, exercising independent professional judgment in evaluating, preparing, negotiating, and prosecuting assigned matters. The Solicitor will advise the Police Department on criminal law and prosecutions and represent the Town in appeals arising from Municipal Court proceedings.
