Job description
Old Republic Title in Hoboken/NJ seeks a National Underwriting and Commercial Clearance Counsel to support national commercial real estate closings. You will review and approve underwriting decisions, coordinate with NYC offices, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
The role requires a JD, active bar in good standing, 8+ years in underwriting, and strong knowledge of multi-state title projects and commercial insurance. Hybrid schedule may be available after onboarding.
