Htprof is seeking a Senior National Commercial Title Underwriting Counsel to join its team in New York, NY. This hybrid, direct-hire role focuses on underwriting guidance for complex commercial real estate transactions and risk evaluation across the country.
The ideal candidate will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and 5+ years of national title underwriting or related CRE experience in a law firm setting, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
