Job description
Software Placement Group, SPG in New York, NY, seeks a Senior National Commercial Title Underwriting Counsel to lead complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide. You will provide underwriting guidance, assess risk, and support internal teams and clients with title commitments and policies.
The ideal candidate holds a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active New York Bar admission, and 5+ years in national title underwriting or major commercial real estate practice.
