Job description
American Cruise Lines seeks experienced Nav Mate Pilots to lead our U.S.-flag fleet. Nav Mates are senior shipboard watch officers responsible for safe vessel operations, regulatory compliance, and representing the company as professional leaders.
Vessels travel inland and coastal waterways; the role includes routine inspections, logging, and supporting hotel and culinary teams. This full-time on-board position includes travel, meals, and access to simulator-based training.
