Job description
Navaide seeks a Senior Navy POM Strategist / Resource Management Analyst to support DoN clients, guiding the PPBE lifecycle and defending POM submissions across the FYDP. The role requires Navy experience, OPNAV familiarity, and the ability to coordinate with multiple offices to turn priorities into defensible resource decisions onsite in Arlington, VA.
You will develop issue papers, briefs, and data-driven recommendations, working with senior leaders to optimize Navy programs and budgets.
