Job description
Siemens Energy seeks a Senior Negotiation Lead for its Corporate Strategic Procurement Department. You will shape and execute high-stakes negotiation strategies, acting as the go-to expert for complex negotiations to transform outcomes and drive value for the company.
You will collaborate with commodity managers, lead negotiations with key suppliers, build a negotiation competence hub, and coach procurement teams while driving digital innovations across the negotiation lifecycle.
