Job description
RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a seasoned NERC O&P Compliance Lead to drive the internal compliance program for North American operations. You will work with minimal supervision to interpret standards, develop controls, and coordinate across legal, engineering, and operations to ensure regulatory readiness.
The role requires at least 5 years in NERC compliance, advanced knowledge of O&P standards, and the ability to prepare analyses and responses for audits and regulators.
