Senior .NET Integration Engineer | JPC-8454

Location: 4700 American Boulevard Fort Worth, TX 76155 (Hybrid) NEED LOCALS
Durations: 6-12+ Months with possible extension and conversions.
Interview Process: Two rounds – first virtual, second onsite
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with API development, system integrations, backend development using .NET, and full-stack technologies.This role requires someone who can work closely with product, business, technical, vendor, and third-party teams to deliver scalable solutions. The engineer will also help resolve integration issues, reduce technical debt, improve system performance, and guide junior engineers.
Required:
Experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale production solutions.
Strong experience with API and system integration development.
Experience working with internal and third-party systems.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software development principles.
Preferred:
Background in system administration, environment support, or application configuration.
Experience leading data mapping and transformation efforts.
Experience resolving complex integration issues.
Experience with full-stack development using Angular, .NET APIs, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, Azure, GitHub CI/CD, and Playwright.
Experience with automated testing and production support.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, document, and support production-quality software solutions.
Build APIs, system integrations, reusable components, and technical libraries.
Develop and support integrations between internal and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
Lead corrective actions to resolve recurring or systemic problems.
Design scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing systems.
Support data mapping and transformation activities to ensure accurate data exchange.
Identify and reduce technical debt across existing applications.
Anticipate challenges related to scalability, latency, performance, and system durability.
Work with security teams to incorporate secure development practices.
Collaborate with product managers, business teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
Support CI/CD, deployment, configuration, and environment management.
Identify opportunities for code reuse and reduce duplicated efforts across teams.
Coach junior engineers and promote strong engineering practices.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and recommend improvements to delivery processes.
Research emerging technologies and develop prototypes when appropriate.
