Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Juniper, and Arista networking technologies, along with solid experience in routing, switching, WAN connectivity, network security, and hybrid cloud networking.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting highly available enterprise networks, troubleshooting complex connectivity issues, working with ISPs/carriers, implementing network segmentation, and supporting cloud and SD-WAN integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Design and support highly available WAN architectures utilizing dual ISP connectivity, BGP failover mechanisms, and HSRP gateway redundancy.
Work directly with ISPs and carrier providers to investigate WAN circuit outages, coordinate troubleshooting, and restore enterprise WAN connectivity.
Implement network segmentation and microsegmentation strategies using VLAN architecture, firewall policies, and access-control mechanisms.
Configure and support secure site-to-site IPsec VPN connectivity across hybrid enterprise and cloud environments.
Support hybrid cloud networking integrations, including Azure VNets and AWS Transit Gateway connectivity.
Monitor network health using enterprise monitoring and observability tools to analyze telemetry, traffic flows, and performance metrics.
Support Cisco Meraki MX SD-WAN deployments providing secure connectivity across multi-site enterprise environments.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network incidents and document findings and resolutions.
Support production network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure changes.
Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, wireless, WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to resolve network-related issues.
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
