Salary: USD - USD per year
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule following an initial onsite onboarding period. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite Monday-Friday during their first 90 days, with a hybrid schedule available thereafter.
Ledgent Technology has partnered with a local employer on their search for a Senior Network Engineer. This position is ideal for a network engineering professional with deep technical expertise in architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise networking solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure
Lead networking projects, upgrades, and modernization initiatives
Evaluate and recommend network architecture improvements
Manage complex routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated networking issues
Develop technical standards, documentation, and best practices
Partner with infrastructure and security teams on strategic initiatives
Support capacity planning, scalability, and network performance improvements
Qualifications
7+ years of network engineering experience
Strong background in network design and architecture
Experience implementing enterprise networking solutions
Advanced routing, switching, and firewall expertise
Experience leading infrastructure projects from planning through deployment
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or related certifications
Experience with cloud networking technologies
Knowledge of network security best practices
