Job description
The CCS Companies seeks a Network Manager to oversee our datacenter and telecom environments supporting multiple call center locations. You will manage SIP/VOIP, VPNs, network hardware, switches, routers, and firewalls, coordinating with CIO and IT teams to keep platforms running as designed.
You will lead vendor relations, perform capacity planning, and stay current with technology roadmaps while on-call for incidents. Travel to regional offices may be required.
