Niuro in Santa Clara, CA seeks a senior NPI leader to own end-to-end product introduction for multiple product families. You will bridge development handoff to high-volume manufacturing, driving strategy and execution through a high-performing NPI team.
Ideal candidate has 10+ years in NPI/manufacturing, 5+ years of people leadership, and a proven track record launching products into volume production, with onsite presence five days a week in Santa Clara.
