Senior Nuclear Plant Mechanical Engineer – Uprate & Analysis

Job description

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an experienced Mechanical Analysis Engineer for nuclear power uprate projects. You will lead evaluations, apply thermodynamics and heat transfer expertise, and prepare technical calculations and reports for clients.

The role requires 12+ years in the nuclear industry, a BSME from an ABET-accredited program, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. The position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office work three days per week.
