Virtua Memorial Location to support PACU/SSA/Pre-Admission Testing is seeking a masters prepared nurse whose primary focus is the assurance of clinical outcomes for select patient populations through staff education, interdisciplinary coordination of care, and clinical leadership.

This role requires directing the discharge process, coordinating care pathways, redesigning care modalities for disease management, and ensuring new policies, procedures, and equipment are applied on the unit.
