About This Role
The Senior Nurse Director for Regional Maternal Child Health Services is responsible for establishing best practice models, strategic planning, and leading patient care delivery systems across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in maternal and child health services.

What You'll Do
Establish best practice models and perform strategic planning for patient care delivery.
Lead investigations of patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
Form strategic partnerships with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal patient care.
Forecast resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
Evaluate the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Assume accountability for patient and employee safety.
Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice and perform clinical duties as required.
Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Practice to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Drive continuous learning and oversee recruitment and development of talent.
