Job description
Miller's Health Systems in Indiana seeks a Director of Inservice Education/ADON to lead staff training and ensure high standards of resident care. You will develop and supervise an ongoing education program for nurses and other clinical staff and participate in onboarding.
Responsibilities include maintaining training records, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations, renewing licenses, coordinating QMA and CNA classes, and serving as Infection Preventionist within the facility.
