Job description
Albany Med Health System is seeking a Clinical Nurse III for Hematology/Oncology (D4E) on a part-time Weekend Day schedule. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care across inpatient and ambulatory settings at 43 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY.
The RN will assess and direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and support transitions toward discharge while maintaining HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
