Central Coast VNA & Hospice (VNA) is seeking an Assistant Director of Patient Care Services in Monterey, CA. This exempt, full-time leadership role oversees home health clinical operations, coordinates care, and drives quality outcomes while supporting staff development.
The DPCS collaborates with leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, effective staffing, and safe transitions of care, promoting patient-centered care and accountability across teams.
