Job description
Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Nurse Manager for Labor and Delivery to oversee one or more units. The role requires an RN in good standing with Arkansas, a BSN, and leadership experience to guide clinical teams and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
The manager will monitor quality metrics, patient satisfaction, finances, and progress toward strategic and system goals, with CPR/ACLS competencies provided by the hospital.
