Job description
Heartland Counseling Services seeks an Associate Director for Waypoint to provide day-to-day clinical nursing and operational leadership in a 24/7 crisis stabilization program. You will supervise nursing staff, manage admissions triage, and oversee withdrawal-management protocols while ensuring trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.
You will coordinate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team to maintain regulatory readiness, safety, and quality.
