Serenity Spriing Senior Living at Arlington is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department and ensure exceptional resident care in a long-term care setting. The DON will oversee clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality improvement in partnership with the Administrator.
