Job description
Greenville Care Center in Greenville, OH seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with the Director of Nursing in leading the nursing department and ensuring compassionate, high-quality patient care. The ADON will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; support staffing, training, and regulatory compliance; help develop individualized care plans; and promote teamwork and a patient-centered culture.
Requirements include an Associate's degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least 5
