Job description
AdventHealth Zephyrhills is seeking an experienced nurse manager to lead hospital personnel and resources, ensuring standards and goals are met. You will conduct rounds, review reports, and coordinate resources during unanticipated events while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.
The role requires an RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, 3+ years of acute care nursing and management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with electronic health records.
