King's Insurance Staffing is representing a nationally recognized carrier seeking an Executive Commercial Litigation Claims Consultant for our New Jersey team. This role handles complex NY Labor Law and Construction Liability claims from inception to resolution, including evaluating damages, establishing reserves, and negotiating settlements.
