Job description
National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) is seeking a senior Business Development Director to deepen relationships with New York personal injury firms and connect attorneys with NAM neutrals for their cases. This is a relationship-driven role focused on strategic partnerships rather than high-volume outreach.
You will engage with senior attorneys and general counsel, represent NAM at ADR events, and collaborate with both Panel Relations and the sales team to drive growth and measurable outcomes.
