Envision Your Role
In this position, you will do more than offer remedies — you will help restore daily rituals, rebuild self-esteem, and illuminate the joys of life. From assisting individuals recovering from strokes in fine motor rehabilitation to guiding orthopedic patients on their road back to mobility after surgery, your expertise will play a vital role in fostering person-centered care that cultivates self-sufficiency and resilience.
This is not a setting for shortcuts or rote tasks. Rather, each patient represents a unique narrative, with each therapy session acting as a significant chapter in their journey of recovery. Regardless of whether you are an established OTR/L or a promising new professional, you'll flourish here if you infuse your work with compassion, dedication, and humility. If the idea of harmonizing exceptional care with a rich, fulfilling lifestyle resonates with you — look no further. This is your place.
