Job description
PACS in Oregon is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the health team. You will supervise assistants and participate in care conferences.
You will ensure timely documentation, training, infection control, and safety, while supporting fall prevention and ADL independence within the facility.
