Job description

Senior Office Services AssociateThe Senior Office Services Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional day-to-day office support services while adding value to both the client and internal teams. Responsibilities include mailroom operations, supply management, visitor office setup, responding to client and team inquiries, and other office services functions. While reprographics experience is preferred, candidates must possess foundational mailroom knowledge and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that requires professionalism, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to build effective relationships within an established and tenured team. The successful candidate must be comfortable working a fixed schedule of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and be flexible in supporting additional service lines as needed.Location: Mount Vernon Triangle, Washington DCContract: Permanent, full timeShifts: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 11am-8pm, with a 60-min breakWork model: Fully onsiteUtilize appropriate logs for all office services workEnsure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning workPerform work in office services, primarily reprographics, mail and intake functions according to established proceduresFollow procedures to run jobs in proper orderCommunicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issuesMeet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all workTroubleshoot basic equipment problemsBe able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basisPrioritize workflowPerforms Quality Assurance on own and work of othersLoad machines with various paper, toner, suppliesAnswer telephone, emails, and place service calls when neededInteract with clients in person, over the phone or electronicallyAdhere to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policiesUse equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient mannerQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year mail room and office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environmentSkilled in the use of mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipmentFamiliar with general back office procedures to meet and maintain client satisfactionProven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationshipsGood written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquetteAttention to detail with good organizational skillsMust be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely mannerAbility to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationAble to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policyGood problem-solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory levelMust work well in a team environmentMust be able to interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgroundsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be self-motivated with a positive can-do attitudeAdditional InformationThe salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $19.13 - $26.44 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
