Job description
Fingerpaint Marketing seeks an Associate Director, Engagement Strategy to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, mapping customer journeys, analyzing IQVIA data, and connecting digital signals across platforms for HCP and DTC projects.
You will lead omnichannel and CRM strategy, using SFMC/Marketo, Looker, GA4, and IQVIA AIM, translating insights into engagement plans and guiding execution teams across channels.
