People Technology And Processes is seeking an On-Site Program/Company Manager at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. This senior leadership position involves supporting Marine special operations command with logistics and sustainment across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with performance requirements and managing contract performance.
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in program management, demonstrated leadership of a large workforce, and an active Secret clearance. A Bachelor's degree in management/logistics and PMP certification are preferred.
