Senior Oncology Field Reimbursement Director

Job description

Bayer is seeking an Associate Director - Field Reimbursement Manager for Oncology in the Mid-Atlantic. You will drive patient access by supporting PAs, medical necessity documentation, and appeals, collaborating with HCPs, staff, and Bayer teams to optimize therapy approvals.

The role covers NC, SC, DC, and VA with up to 50% travel; domiciled within the territory is required. A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in reimbursement is expected, with prior reimbursement and oncology experience preferred.
