Bayer is seeking an Associate Director - Field Reimbursement Manager for Oncology in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role drives patient access by guiding HCPs and office staff through therapy prior authorizations, medical necessity documentation and denial appeals, collaborating with field teams and patient support services.

You will manage relationships with clinicians, payers, and pharmacies, while ensuring timely authorization decisions and adherence to Bayer programs and standards.
