Job description
Bayer is hiring an Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Manager for Oncology in the Mid-Atlantic. You will lead efforts to secure payer approvals, educate providers on prior authorizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove access barriers. Travel up to 50% across NC, SC, DC and VA is required.
The role requires strong payer knowledge, strategic acumen, and leadership to optimize patient access to Bayer oncology products within a multi-state territory.
