Job description
The Sauna Place is a luxury home wellness brand scaling from $20M to $100M+ across three brands and two ecommerce platforms. You will own The Sauna Place site as a product from day one, driving conversion, merchandising, and site health with direct oversight of content teams.
This remote-hybrid role requires monthly trips to Cookeville, TN for in-person growth team collaboration. Base pay ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 plus a company bonus, with a senior manager progression path to Director.
